on sunday leff made gyoza

one of the perks of leff working from home is that he now has time to experiment in the kitchen. today he made gyoza from absolute scratch! he even made the wrappers using this recipe

this filling is from amy kaneko's cookbook that i won't shut up about. (subbed ground turkey for pork here though.)

these were so delicious!! i think we're going to freeze another batch so we can eat them once we get back from tokyo. best jetlag food EVAR!!

i say "we" but i actually mean "leff". ha!
